Last week I mentioned that I'm doing a 30 day squat challenge in an effort to be healthier. After a couple of days of not really feeling anything I decided I should probably make sure I was doing a squat correctly.
I was doing it mostly right, but after watching this video my form certainly has improved.
Pop Sugar has a bunch of great fitness videos available on YouTube. They short ones like this and longer ones with a whole workout. They do a good job of making the moves easy to follow and really explaining what muscles you're working. Plus the instructors are peppy without being annoying.
