Sprinkle I package Ranch Dressing Mix (make sure you get the dressing mix and not the dip mix)over 3 or 4 thick cut boneless pork chops. Place pork chops in the bottom of a crockpot and pour the rest of the package mix over. Place a 1/4 to 1/2 stick of butter on each pork chop. I used a 1/2 stick on each because I'm lazy and had bought the 1/2 stick pack and didn't want to cut them. Cook on high for 6 hours. Around hour 4.5 you're going to want a snack because your entire house is going to smell so delicious. Enjoy!
This is the only photo I got because it looked so good once it was done I forgot to take a picture before digging in!
I served mine with some sautéed squash and zucchini (because it was on sale) and diced sweet potatoes that I cooked in the oven with some olive oil and garlic salt. It was all so delicious and easy. Even the cleanup was easy because I remembered to first spray my crockpot with non stick spray!
